The 2023 UN Datathon is a global data science competition organized by the United Nations Committee of Experts on Big Data and DataScience for Official Statistics (UNCEBD), Major Group for Children and Youth (MGCY), Global Partnership for Sustainable development Data (GPSDD), NationalInstitute of Statistics of Uruguay (INE), and other organizations in conjunction with the Festival de Datos happening November 7-9, 2023 in Punta del Este, Uruguay. The UN Datathon will take place from November 3rd to November 6th, 2023 in different forms: on-site at the main venue in Uruguay, in satellite locations such as Dubai, UAE, Brazil, and China, but mostly virtually across the world.
The winning teams will be invited to present their work at the UN World Data Forum in Medellín, Colombia 2024, the next International Conference on Big Data and Data Science for Official Statistics, or a similar event. All participating teams will receive certificates of participation and special awards in different categories.

Please choose a team lead that will fill out this survey ONCE for the whole team before September 30,2023.
